Sealed quotations are hereby invited from reputed vendors/suppliers for the supply of various equipment to different departments of the institution. The list of required items and their specifications is provided in Annexure A.

🗓 Key Dates:

  • Last Date for Submission: 21.07.2025 (Monday), during office hours
  • Date of Opening Quotations: 23.07.2025 (Wednesday) at 1:30 PM
  • Venue: Conference Room (1st Floor), D.N. De Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital

📌 Quotation Must Include:

  1. Item-wise cost including GST (as per government norms)
  2. Duly attested copy of valid trade license/enlistment
  3. Duly attested copy of PAN Card of bidder/company
  4. Duly attested copy of GST registration certificate
  5. Duly attested copy of Income Tax return for the last financial year

⚠️ Note:

  • Incomplete quotations or those received after the due date shall not be considered.
  • The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
