Quotation must be submitted in sealed envelope in the office of the undersigned on or before
16.06.2022 with the essential followings supporting documents.
1. Duly attested copy of Valid trade license/enlistment
2. Duly attested copy of PAN card of the bidder/bidder company
3. Duly attested copy of GST registration certificate
4. Duly attested copy of IT return of last financial year
Items rates should be excluding of all sorts of taxes and charges, GST and other charges should mention in separate column against each article. Free delivery should be made to the department/s of this institution. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or cancel the whole procedure at any time without showing any reason.
