Quotation/estimation must be submitted in sealed envelope in the office of the undersigned on or before 16.06.2022 with the following essential supporting documents as per rules and regulations as follows.
a. Duly attested copy of Valid trade license/enlistment
b. Duly attested copy of PAN card of the bidder/bidder company
c. Duly attested copy of Valid GST registration certificate
d. Duly attested copy of IT return of last financial year
Items rates should be excluding of all sorts of taxes and charges, GST and other charges (if any) should be mentioned in separate column against each article. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or cancel the whole procedure at any time without showing any reason.
